Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By creating an account or using animephoto.ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2) Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
• Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud/abuse, security risks, or legal reasons.

3) Free Trial & Fair Use

• Each new account receives 1 free credit for a single transformation.
• We may require verification and may limit, withhold, or revoke the trial if we suspect abuse (e.g., multiple accounts for the same person, automated sign-ups, or other attempts to bypass limits).

4) Your Content & Ownership

• You own the photos you upload ("Uploads") and the anime images we generate for you ("Outputs").
• You grant us a limited, revocable, worldwide license to host, process, and deliver your Uploads/Outputs only to provide, secure, and support the service (including generating results, displaying your gallery, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting).
• No training without opt-in. We will not use your Uploads/Outputs to train models unless you give explicit, revocable consent.
• Your promises: You have the rights and consent needed to upload the images (including from people shown) and your use of the service won't violate law or third-party rights.

5) Acceptable Use

You must not upload, generate, or share content that is illegal; pornographic; sexualizes minors; is non-consensual; hateful; harassing; doxxing; or infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You must not impersonate, scrape, reverse engineer, probe or bypass technical limits, or create multiple accounts to gain extra free credits.

Violations may result in content removal, account termination, and no refunds.

6) Credits, Validity, Pricing & Refunds

• Pay-as-you-go: Buy credits and spend them to transform photos. There is no subscription.
• Account activity: Your account is active if, in the last 90 days, you bought credits or used a credit for a transformation.
• Credit validity: Credits remain usable while your account is active. If your account becomes inactive, credits may expire.
• Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided your account has used no more than 3 transformations in total (including any free-trial transformation). Used credits are not refundable.
• Pricing: Prices may change. The current price is shown at checkout; taxes may apply.

7) Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the displayed amount. We do not store your full card details.

8) Storage & Deletion

Your photos and outputs remain in your gallery until you delete them or your account becomes inactive (see §6).

If your account becomes inactive, we may delete your content from active systems after a reasonable period. Backups and logs expire on a schedule.

9) Takedowns (IP/Privacy)

If you believe content on animephoto.ai infringes your rights, email support@animephoto.ai with details (links, proof of ownership, and your contact information). We act on valid notices and may disable repeat infringers.

10) Service Changes & Availability

We may update or change features, impose reasonable limits, or suspend the service for maintenance or security. We aim to minimize disruption.

11) Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or that Outputs will be unique or free from third-party claims in all circumstances.

12) Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence, where such limits are unlawful.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 6 months.

13) Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, risk, or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete content per §8.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you (e.g., email or in-app). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

The style names referenced in this application, including but not limited to Studio Ghibli, Naruto, LEGO, Muppets, and other third-party marks, are the property of their respective owners.

This application is an independent project with no affiliation, association, authorization, endorsement, or sponsorship by or with those trademark owners.

The use of these names is for descriptive and comparative purposes only, to help users understand the artistic style a filter may evoke. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
